Shelli and Freeman’s entire team were outstanding to work with. They were pleasant and patient with me when answering my many technical questions about the car. My only advice is when selling multiple types of car brands, is they learn as much as possible about those cars when serving the customer, a challenge I assume when the various car brands have high turnover from sales. But all were quick to chase down answers and respond promptly and diligently. Shelli was a joy to work with. I also enjoyed my discussions with the financing officer (Ari), as they were open and transparent about my questions. I wish all staff a happy holiday, and being my first BMW I look forward to many years of the “ultimate driving experience”. Harry
